These items are rustic and are made from wood and can have defects in them such as knots dings scratches small cracks minor warp bow twist etc which all gives the piece charter. sizes are plus or minus 1/8". These are not factory made but made in our small shop. If you are looking for the rustic feel this is your place to shop. Due to these being custom made We don't accept any cancelations, refunds, returns, exchanges. We do our best to put out good quality items that you are going to be very happy with.
Shipping
Shipping times for gates and cabinet doors are normally one to two weeks.
Doors are normally two to four weeks. Sometimes this can change because of orders and we will let you know if it will be past the time frame.
Inspecting Your Door:
Your item will be shipped in approximately 2 to 4 weeks. We ship your item freight, and we include a lift gate service for you.
Once your order has been delivered, please thoroughly inspect the package for any noticeable damage. If you notice any dings, dents, or rips in the packaging, please take a picture. Remove the door from the packaging and thoroughly inspect it for any noticeable damage. In the event that your door was damaged during shipping, please contact us within one day of receipt and send us any pictures of the damage.
Note: For Motor Freight deliveries, DO NOT sign the Bill of Lading until the packaging and the door itself have been inspected. Damage MUST be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) and any damage claims must be placed within 24 hours of receiving the door. Photo documentation of the damage is required by the carrier. We will not accept damaged doors that have already been installed.

In the event your door arrives damaged, a new door will be made and shipped out as soon as possible. This is a rare occurrence but unfortunately can happen.
In the case of a damaged item, there are no refunds but only a replacement will be made and shipped on the same time frame.
We are trying to send the majority of our large items with a private shipping company to prevent damage during freight. These items are blanket wrapped and handled with care by an individual person instead of the possibility of it being damaged by a freight company. We do everything possible to try and meet our deadline for shipping and in most cases do however, it can tend to take a bit longer to secure a shipper going to certain parts of the country. If there is a delay in shipping, you will be notified.
